[SRILM User List] Generate HTK lattice from Class-based language model

Hi, I want to generete the HTK lattice in order to do speech recognition
with HVite. I have trained a bigram Class-based language model and
interpolated with a bigram word-based language model. However, I don't know
how to generate the HTK lattice from the interplolated language model.
Can anyone tell me how to generate it in details?
