[SRILM User List] converting pocketsphinx lattice file to HTK or PFSG format

Hi
Im using lattice-tool to generate a WCN from my pocketsphinx lattice. However, the format of pocketsphinx lattice is not compatible with the lattice-tool.
How do i go about converting my pocketsphinx lattice into HTK or PFSG format?Is there any other way to achieve what im trying to do?
