[SRILM User List] Query after the installation of tcsh

I'm giving input as following:

sudo make NO_TCL=1 MACHINE_TYPE=i686-m64 World

but there is an error
make: *** No rule to make target `World'.  Stop.


Can you please resolve my problem.
