Problem with SRILM toolkit installation

I am a new SRILM user. I tried to install the toolkit
on unix platform with the help of a system
administrator. 

But when I test the compilation, the files in output
and reference directory are not similar. Even the
number of files are not equal.

Should I reinstall the toolkit doing all the steps?
